If you disagree with the WeLoveWeekends.com Terms and Conditions and/or with any other of the applicable provisions, you are not permitted to use this website.

Permitted use of this website includes: (i) using this website; (ii) making bookings; (iii) reviewing/changing bookings; (iv) obtaining information; (v) transferring to other websites through links provided on this website. Use of this website is limited to private, non-commercial purposes. Any other use of the website requires prior written consent of WeLoveWeekends.
3. All materials presented on this website, including names, logos, prices, etc., as well as the colour scheme and the layout of the website, are subject to copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights. You may only use these materials, the colour scheme and the layout for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use and/or reproduction of the materials, of the colour scheme, or of the layout of the website, without prior written consent of WeLoveWeekends, will constitute breach of these intellectual property rights, and will face prosecution without further notice.

While WeLoveWeekends reserve the right to monitor the content of third party postings they do not exercise editorial control over the material being posted and as such do not accept any liability for any linked content. Any complaints relating to complaints relating to content should be immediately addressed to customer.service@weloveweekends.com.

WeLoveWeekends will not be held liable for any losses and/or damages arising from the use of this website or of any other website to which this website provides a link, and/or from the use of information presented on this or any other such website. Similarly WeLoveWeekends is an intermediary agent for service providers and as such will not be held liable for any losses and/or damages arising from the use of any goods or service as provided by the principal service provider.
9. Disputes arising from the use of this website and the interpretation of these WeLoveWeekends.com Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes will be brought before the Irish Courts. WeLoveWeekends reserves the right to institute proceedings in the country of your residence.
10. Order and payment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is accepted. Your payment choices include credit card and debit card. WeLoveWeekends accepts Mastercard, Visa and Laser Card.
11. Contracts entered into with WeLoveWeekends and cancellations of same are regulated by the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations, 2001 (SI 207/2001).
12. If your contract is cancelled on or before the date of service, or is rescheduled so as to occur more that three hours before or after the original time of service then you shall be entitled to a partial refund or a refund in full should the alternative service(s) offered not be suitable to you and you do not avail of the service.
13. The right to refuse admission to any service, activity or otherwise is reserved by WeLoveWeekends.com, WeLoveWeekends as an intermediary service provider and all principal service providers.
14. Service dates and times are changeable subject to availability and upon payment of a fee negotiable with WeLoveWeekends.
15. Times and dates for arrival at the activity or service location shall be listed on the website www.weloveweekends.com. Customers should be aware that it is your responsibility to check all activity or service times and arrive at the stated correct time at the activity or service location. Failure to do so may result in a reduction in the amount of time afforded on any activity or service and may even result in cancellation of said activity or service. WeLoveWeekends and all principal service providers accept no responsibility for the reduced amount of time afforded on any activity or service or the cancellation of said activity or service owing to the late arrival of customers.
16. Some activities or services may be reliant on weather conditions, and as such, cancellations or delays may be incurred where weather conditions may not permit the activity or service. In the event of this occurring the activity or service provider will make all efforts to re-arrange times or activities or alternatively a full refund may be made to you. WeLoveWeekends and all principal service providers accept no responsibility for any delays or cancellations in this regard.
17. For safety reasons WeLoveWeekends may not be in a position to accept bookings or responsibility for bookings for customers who have either reduced mobility, or are blind or visually impaired or require special assistance. Such customers must notify WeLoveWeekends of their condition/requirements on the day of booking via email or post to the registered address. Failure to notify us on such day may result in the service being unavailable on your arrival to the service provider and you may be refused the service.
18. For safety reasons WeLoveWeekends may not be in a position to accept bookings or responsibility for bookings for water based activities for customers with no or limited swimming abilities. Such customers must notify WeLoveWeekends of their requirements on the day of booking via email or post to the registered address. Failure to notify us on such day may result in the service being unavailable on your arrival to the service provider and you may be refused the service.
19. It is customers personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation which meets the requirements of WeLoveWeekends and all service providers. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of breech of this requirement shall be paid by or charged to customers.
