Activity Description
Upon arrival at the activity centre you will be provided with top of the range bows which will surprise you as to just how much power they have. Your bow can be a lethal weapon but under our experienced instructors it becomes highly satisfying and a fun activity. Ideal for the individual or group.

Directions:
The Killary Adventure Centre is situated on Killary Harbour, Ireland's only fjord, in Connemara on the scenic Irish West Coast. The nearest village is Leenane, about half-way between Clifden and Westport on the N59. We can be reached via public transport - train to Westport or Galway and bus from there.
If you are driving from Galway follow the signs for the N59 "Clifden" and after passing through the villages of Moycullen and Oughterard you will arrive at Maam Cross (easily distinguished by the Peacock's hotel complex on your right). At this crossroad turn right following the signs for "Leenaun". At the next T-junction at Keane's Pub, turn left. This road will bring you into the village of Leenane where you keep left and after another 3.5 miles with the Killary Harbour on your right you will see the sign for Killary Adventure/K2.
If you are driving from Westport (by the way we recommend going via Westport if you coming from Dublin, it is at least half an hour shorter trip) once in Westport look for the Leenane road and it is straight all the way. Once in Leenane take a right and we are 3.5 miles on the left hand side.
